Question #1: What Staging Is Included When Listing with Us?


We start with the initial Home Staging Visit to help you with ideas and recommendations on what stays and what needs to go.  Then we come back before photos with all the props and pretties needed to make your place look fabulous.  We work with your main furniture pieces and tie it all together to look fabulously designed and beautiful for the photo shoot.  All our time, work, and decorating accessories are included with all our Kona listings. 

Questions #2: What if our home needs repairs and cleaning?


Almost every home needs some kind of repair, de-cluttering, and cleaning before we list it to the world.  We have trusted vendors in every field that we can get you scheduled in with to help you get it done.  It can be overwhelming to tackle it all yourself, but calling in help for specific projects can be well worth it.

Question #3: Are Photos Included?


YES, it's included! We hire the best professional photographers for every listing.  They come in only after we have your place sparkling and ready for the cameras.  They put together a great slide show of the photos set to music that we can use for marketing across the web.  Professional photos are the only way we will present your home, making sure to give you the best chance to attract a buyer's eye.
